Directions:

From the North:
- Take 163 South to University Ave/6th Ave exit
- Turn left (East) on University to Richmond Street
- Turn Right (South) on Richmond to Upas Street
- Turn Right (West) to almost the end of Upas
- The BSA Service Center is on your left.
From the South:
- Take 163 North to Richmond Street exit
- Proceed on one-way street to Upas Street
- Turn Left (West) to almost the end of Upas
- The BSA Service Center and Camp Balboa are on your left.
