The San Diego - Imperial Council
offers a wide variety of summer programs. There are opportunities for both Boy
Scouts and Cub Scouts, from resident camping to day camps, and from sea level to 3,200
feet elevation.
Mataguay Scout Ranch

Join us for a summer of Scouting fun at the Mataguay Scout Ranch!
This beautiful 840 acre ranch is located in oak and pine forests, 3,200 feet above sea level in the mountains northeast of San Diego. Mataguay is a BSA accredited facility and is known as one of the Western Region's finest Scout camps!
The camp offers an exciting program for you and your scouts. MSR
offers a traditional Boy Scout resident camp program with an emphasis on Lord Baden
Powell’s saying "game with a purpose." It is our hope that you, both
scouts and leaders, leave Mataguay with memories to last a lifetime.

Camp Fiesta Island

Spend a week of Scouting adventure on the beach at Camp Fiesta Island! This
Aquatic Center facility is located on beautiful Mission Bay. You'll camp among the sandy dunes and set
sail for the Pacific Ocean. Campers at CFI enjoy the ultimate waterfront experience.

Cub Scout Day Camps
(Tiger Cubs and Cub Scouts)
  
Day camps are held in many locations in the council
every summer. Activities vary by location but one thing is for sure . . . . .Cub
Scout Day Camps are full of fun and adventure. Typical activities include:
- Crafts
- Games
- Nature
- Swimming
- BB guns
- Archery
- and more
The purpose is to have FUN in the outdoors while working on
achievements and electives, guided by experienced staff.
