    • Take 163 South to University Ave/6th Ave exit
    • Turn left (East) on University to Richmond Street
    • Turn Right (South) on Richmond to Upas Street
    • Turn Right (West) to almost the end of Upas
    • The BSA Service Center and Camp Balboa are on your left.
  • From the South:
    • Take 163 North to Richmond Street exit
    • Proceed on one-way street to Upas Street
    • Turn Left (West) to almost the end of Upas
    • The BSA Service Center and Camp Balboa are on your left.
