Michelle Generazzo is the Scoutmaster for Scouts BSA Girls Troop 324 in the Foothills Zone. As a youth, she was a Girl Scout in Troop 6054 in Santee, earning her Silver Award. Her wonderful Scouting experience as a youth has led her to be a passionate volunteer as an adult. She works as Vice President Branch Service Manager at California Bank & Trust in Del Mar and has been with the company for 23 years.

Michelle became involved in Boy Scouts 11 years ago when her son joined as a tiger Scout and her husband volunteered to be the den leader. She has served in various roles over the years at the pack, crew, district, and troop level. She attended Wood Badge on the W6-49-13 course as a member of the Eagle Patrol earning her neckerchief, woggle and beads in March 2014.
